As a Diamond Hilton member, I felt so comfortable and a sense of joy staying here. Despite booking off of expedia, I recieved all of my membership benefits thanks to 2 very nice ladies at the front desk. A big shoutout to Pringi and Hazel who truly went above and beyond to make sure I had a lovely stay. These 2 ladies were truly impeccable and words cannot describe how kind they were which immensely improved my stay, making it far greater than perfect. Every Hilton needs employees like them. This hotel was so brilliant and super clean. Definitely looking forward to staying in this hotel again and would recommend to anyone staying in Doha whether for a layover or full vacation. Again a big thanks to Pringi and Hazel for making my stay truly special!

Excellent value for money, located very near to the metro underground transportation system which allows you to get to most of the ciity for shopping and eating within 30 minutes. Nice little restaruant. The Spa was great, excellent deep tissue massage but wish there was a sauna.

Rooms are good size. Beds were comfy although pillows were a bit awkward in size. Too big for 2 but not quite big enough for 1. Shower was only luke warm, didn’t have time to deal with that as I was leaving 2 hours later. Breakfast was very tasty I thought with plenty of choice. Staff overall were very friendly both at reception and restaurant.

Well, I was very surprised of how the reception staff lack understanding of how's Hilton Honor Program work or what it means to being a face of Hilton Franchise, as per "Mohamed" one of the staff at the reception made a comment that I cannot collect honor points because I made the reservation through a third party, another person with Chinese ethnicity cannot read or pronounce my last name correctly and refused to give me a receipt or invoice for my stay to use in case I need to present to the honor membership for a proof, it is really disappointing that these people are not properly trained to be a Hilton Employee or speak proper English.

Overall good stay
For a family, we faced some issues. 1. We were charged for landline calls done from our room. This was not informed to us that any calls made from the phone would be charged when we checked in. An IVR system which informs how much is charged when we dial outside would be best. 2. The housekeeping was not consistent. The morning shift would do all the cleaning properly but the evening staff didnt do the same. 3. At busier times, the basement level 2 parking is the only option. But only one of the two ramps is made available and its dangerous to use the single ramp for both up and down traffic especially when valet parking is not available due to pandemic.
