Well, I was very surprised of how the reception staff lack understanding of how's Hilton Honor Program work or what it means to being a face of Hilton Franchise, as per "Mohamed" one of the staff at the reception made a comment that I cannot collect honor points because I made the reservation through a third party, another person with Chinese ethnicity cannot read or pronounce my last name correctly and refused to give me a receipt or invoice for my stay to use in case I need to present to the honor membership for a proof, it is really disappointing that these people are not properly trained to be a Hilton Employee or speak proper English.
