Geen hotel voor rust en comfortabel.
Verblijf was minder. De sportruimte was erg klein. Bij het inchecken duurde het lang ook bij het verlengen werkte het systeem niet. Er wordt naast het hotel gebouwd en dat gebeurt 24 h door. Souq waqif is een kwartier lopen maar door de bouw en viezigheid neem je liever een taxi. Stroom viel weg voor 5 uurtjes er is niks gemeld. Buurman had een lekkage en zn spullen waren onder het water. Communicatie personeel is heel slecht. En geven geen oplossingen alleen dat het allemaal buiten hun macht is. Maar er wordt niet met de klant gekeken naar hoe ze je kunnen helpen. Ook al heb je een zwangere vrouw. Dus geen aanrader. Heb betere hotels gezien in doha. Mariot Hotel een van dr beste

Communicatie is heel slecht. Elektra was uit voor een aantal uren. Het inchecken gaat traag en het systeem werkt vaak niet (een paar keer gebeurt). Er worden geen alternatieven of klantgerichte oplossingen aangeboden. Zoek het zelf uit. Een buurman had een lekkage en zijn spullen onder water. The gym was erg klein vergelijkbaar op de foto's wat zij laten zien. Werkzaamheden dag en nacht naast het hotel. Als je rust zoekt liever een andere omgeving zoeken

Hotel met centrale ligging
Centraal gelegen hotel. Niet veel contact qua personeel. Alleen bij binnenkomst, verder vanuit de garage rechtsreeks naar je verdieping/kamer. Kamer ruim en netjes. Minpunten daarbij is de douche, mag je niet langer zijn dan 180 anders pas je er niet onder en moet ook van dweilen houden omdat er veel water langs/naast de bak loopt. Super mooi uitzicht, maar helaas ook het geluid erbij vanwege niet goed isolerend glas. Ontbijt goed, maar weinig persoonlijk. Kortom leuk hotel voor een centrale ligging, maar zeker niet de 5 sterren waard die ze op de muur hebben.

Nice hotel close to Soukh.
Is the second time I use that hotel. You feel that business in Doha is weak and the staff has to do long shifts and is tired. Room is clean and breakfast is more then acceptable. Pitty that they always try to sell you private taxi that cost 3 to 4 times the price of a normal blue one. Hotel restaurant has limited menu, but the hotel is on walking distance from Soukh where you find all kind of restaurants.

Leuk hotel, maar slechte service
Het is een mooi hotel. Geen klachten over de kamers en voorzieningen. Enkel de service is erg slecht. Bij het inchecken hadden ze mijn boeking via expedia nog niet verwerkt. Hierdoor half uur gewacht. Elke dag moet je Zelf bellen of je kamer schoon gemaakt kan worden. Receptie gebeld of ze taxi kunnen bellen. Bij aankomst beneden hadden ze nog geen taxi besteld.

Would like to thank all the friendly staff for the smike and greeting, Room was so clean, groomed and well decorated. Great smell good and i like the Special scent smell starting from the elevator. changes happened which made the whole atmosphere super New special facilities are there to be used I like the kinds of amenities, you do not need to ask anything because all are available even the iron and iron board. Building is old, shower is above bad tub, you need to climb in(very slippery). Things need to be checked if maintenance is needed. The way things are now, the hotel is not a 5 star hotel. Its a 3 star hotel, with 6 a star staf, everybody is very helpfull and friendly.

The hotel is average, definitely not 5 star. Staff were very nice and the room was clean, but the furniture was kinda old and one cabinet door was falling off. The view of the corniche was absolutely amazing from the room. Unfortunately, the room didn’t have blackout curtains, which made the lights from the billboard across the street shine into the room, and that was quite annoying. Also, with a club and bar in the hotel, the elevators can get pretty busy. Lastly with the constructions around the area, you have to take a longer route to walk to the corniche.

Worn down and dirty.
The building from the outside looks nice but the rooms have worn down. They were overbooked so i did not get what i paid for. The room was dated, carpets with stains, old scuffed furniture What pissed me off was the kettle was filthy, someone had made their noodles in that kettle and it was cleaned at all, it had left over noodles and it was all oily. I would refrain staying here.

Had a wonderful stay here! Our room on the 8th floor provided the most stunning view over the Corniche. Very friendly and helpfull staff, who accommodated all our requests.
