'We really enjoyed staying at this property! It was nice, clean, and spacious enough for all 9 of us (6 adults, 3 kids) while we visited Edinburgh. Check-in was a little tricky because we weren't getting messages through the app or by logging into the website (so we had no idea how to get into the property itself until the last minute). We ended up reaching out to customer support. But that was probably a tech issue on our end? We definitely recommend this property.'

'This property was nothing like the listing described, and our stay felt unsafe from the moment we arrived. The space is advertised as private, yet the hosts have full access to both the kitchenette and the bathroom, and none of the doors have locks—not even the bedroom. Even worse, the so‑called “private entrance” to the outside does not have a lock at all, meaning that whenever we left the property, anyone from the street could walk right in. There was absolutely no way to secure the space for...
