'The staff was courteous. We were in room 11A. The rug in the living space was visibly dirty and the lamps were like cheap IKEA fixtures. The tables were blocks of concrete with flimsily attached tops. Couch was too low for comfort. Curtains would not close. Otherwise, great views, nice restaurant, good location. For Bulgaria, it was a nice property. '

There was a walk up steps to the hotel. Nessebar is a quaint ancient small town to walk. Highly recommend the Panoramuc Blue.'

'The hotel was overall nice. The thing is that it is on a very loud location, on the street. For sure it is not a 4 star hotel, I would give it less. The parking is not available for all guests, you can’t even reserve a space before arriving so we were supposed to pay on the Nesebar parking for our car for 7 days. The food was mid, as the staff and cleanliness. The all inclusive was good because you have food available all of the time, but the quality was low. We were staying for 7 days, and...
