'Everything was as described and the check in went very smoothly. A very friendly cleaning lady came by every day and helped us with clean towels, trash disposal and toilet paper.'

'A really well presented chalet on 3 floors, with a spacious kitchen/diner/lounge on the top floor, with good views of the Rila mountain and the slopes. Comfy beds, a well equipped kitchen, an open fire, a bar, a beer fridge, everything for the perfect ski trip! We'd love to come back again. The complex also has a decent pool, a sauna and a good restaurant. There's a courtesy bus into the resort which runs anout every 40 minutes. Loads of parking.'

'Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt, unsere Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und jederzeit erreichbar. Vom Haus zum Meer benötigt man mit dem Auto 25 min. Dort kann man unproblematisch parken und kann einen schönen Platz am Strand finden. Im Ort gibt es eine Tankstelle und kleinere Lebensmittelgeschäfte, im Nachbarort Supermärkte und Restaurants.Alles im Haus war sehr ordentlich, zwischendurch wurden die Handtücher getauscht und die Betten neu bezogen, man konnte alle Früchte des Gartens nutzen....

'Scammed. Arrived to no booking even though paid full cost. Accommodation Management very rude and unhelpful. Left to fend for self and unable to contact site we booked through. Awful experience and will never book through here again and will recommend that no one else does'
