'Host was amazing and responded quickly. Ranch is secluded and away from the busy city. No noise or light pollution, just fresh air and bright stars. Kids loved the chickens and wood burning fireplace. We enjoyed setting on the couch in front of the fire as we talked about the adventures of the day. The host family is a gracious and welcoming. You will not find a better place to live the country life hosted by true country family.'

'Nice and clean. Not as private as we thought based off description of booking. We ran out of hot water one night because our neighbors and us all showered at night. If it had been not everyone at the same time it likely wouldn't have been an issue. All in all a good stay, it served our purpose and was perfectly in between both parks. Sidenote: the place needs a can opener. :)'

'The house was in a perfect location for us! We had 7 adults staying there and had plenty of room. There is an electronic board in the dining room with local recommendations and a link to contact the property manager. The owner/property manager was responsive and helpful when I had questions. We were able to contact them and get a quick response when we noticed that a hose was on. My only real complaint is that the dryer was old and had issues!'

'This older barn style cabin is located just south of Bryce Canyon and near the path of the 14 Oct Eclipse. I went with my adult children and grandkids to view this event. The cabin is remote/isolated and very private. The rooms are not as large as they appear in the photos. Overall the kitchen was well stocked w/ lots of gadgets and some staples. 'We had a wonderful stay at this property. We had no problem finding it in the dark. The casita apartment is down the steps all the way at the end. We enjoyed the fire pit! It’s incredibly quiet and only an hour from Zion and 40 mins to Bryce. We would definitely stay here again! They truly have everything you need.'

'Quiet and secluded, but close to everything we needed. We had a great time exploring Bryce and Zion. A few small issues were taken care of promptly by management. Beds were very comfy. Kitchen was a bit limited, but we managed. Knives were nice and sharp, which is unusual for a rental, and most pans were clean on arrival, also unusual. Roku TV worked well and we were able to hook up everything we brought. We would definitely come again.'
