'I expected a lot more from this hotel. There was like 0 personal pretty much always. We had to wait until 3 to check-in (ok, fine) but then still our room was not ready. They complained to us about the cleaning stuff (not our problem!). The room was ok, but a suite without a coffee maker??? Also the view on the "lake" was very disappointing, more like a view on a construction site with some water. The hotel has 0 facilities and also the surroundings are "empty". 'Uitstekend hotel. Goede gratis Wifi. Gratis & royaal parkeren in hotel. Grote kamer (bovenste verdieping). Op 300 meter van metro en een Biergarten. Ontbijt prima, maar geen warme gerechten zoals ei. Pas vanaf 7 uur (voor ons wat laat). Wel een beetje warm in de kamers (het was buiten heet). Bovenste verdieping bied airco tegen 5 Euro extra. Door de ligging zowel ideaal voor onze zaken (net buiten Wenen), als vertier (bij Metro).'

'We had a perfect stay. Friendly staff. Lucky to have an early check-in free of charge. Very spacious room, everything is new. Separate toilet. Even cleaning blocks for dishwasher, liquid soap to do the dishes, cleaning tabs for washing machine, are provided. Swimming towels and bathrobes would be better to provide in the room or close to the pool, rather than at the reception. Maybe provide slippers aswell. Just a small hint of small things possible to improve. Not clearly marked how to reach...

'Schoon en alles heel modern (het gebouw is 2 jaar geleden gebouwd). Je bent binnen een paar minuten in de stad (station Kagran). Het personeel is zeer vriendelijk en altijd hulpbereid. Ontbijt is ook echt geweldig, want er is heel veel keuze: broodjes, muesli, yoghurt, pannenkoeken, voor iedereen is er wat! Dit hotel is GEWELDIG!'
