'Fraai hotel, schoon en hele goede service. Fantastisch ontbijt. Wel beetje druk in het spitsuur.
Fantastische ligging. 5 min lopen van Rathaus. Tram en metro station op de hoek (1 min) evenals gezellig eetcafé Eiles en enkele goede restaurantjes.
Op loopafstand van centrum, maar ook met de tram zeer gemakkelijk te bereiken.
Kortom, een echte aanrader. '

'Modern concept, mooi hotel ik had een delux kamer die een fantastisch uitzicht over de stad Wenen heeft.S’avonds kan je in de bar gezellig een drankje drinken. Ontbijt was goed. '

'The room was very nice on the 11th floor with a full 100% view on Vienna & the donau. Very nice. Nice seats in the room, good bed, very nice bathroom with a nice bath and a great shower.
Breakfast on the 57th floor is better than on the ground floor and very quit.
Personal very helpful and friendly. Business wise a very good option, privately I prefer a hotel closer to the city center. '

'We had a perfect stay. Friendly staff. Lucky to have an early check-in free of charge. Very spacious room, everything is new. Separate toilet. Even cleaning blocks for dishwasher, liquid soap to do the dishes, cleaning tabs for washing machine, are provided. Swimming towels and bathrobes would be better to provide in the room or close to the pool, rather than at the reception. Maybe provide slippers aswell. Just a small hint of small things possible to improve. Not clearly marked how to reach...

'I expected a lot more from this hotel. There was like 0 personal pretty much always. We had to wait until 3 to check-in (ok, fine) but then still our room was not ready. They complained to us about the cleaning stuff (not our problem!). The room was ok, but a suite without a coffee maker??? Also the view on the "lake" was very disappointing, more like a view on a construction site with some water. The hotel has 0 facilities and also the surroundings are "empty". We found 1 bar that closed on...
