'The hosts are extremely welcoming, friendly and helpful. Bill extensively explained to me what to see in Stratford, while I enjoyed some excellent home made fruitcake. The room is equipped with kettle, lots of tea bags, instant coffee, instant hot chocolate, and biscuits. Breakfast is fabulous with prizewinning home made jams. All together amazing value for £55 single occupancy. Only downside is the slightly long walk to the town centre.'

'I would not recommend this property which I will explain below. When you arrive at the property you go through a corridor to a courtyard that has 4 rooms. The courtyard was nice but unfortunately it is all gravel which makes pulling suitcases difficult. The twin room is called the Hobbit Hole and it truly is.
