"I had booked the standard room fir 1 night for my parents. Checkin in was very easy, the lady at the service desk was very friendly and helpful. She also spoke English well. The room and bathroom were very clean and looked good. The entrance of the hotel was very chique too. The city center was very close by, maybe a 5 minute walk. Overall nothing went wrong and tbe hotel looked nice and was clean. One thing: the parking of the hotel is 17 something euro a day. That is abit pricy, but we didn't have to make use of it."

"Location was good as expected. Very central. Overall room stay was pleasant, especially the space. Tip for hotel mgt to take fwd - noticed that the floor was not vacuumed at all during our stay. Not sure whether this is the room service practice."

"Terrible air conditioning. Staff could not help me with the airconditioning since there is 1 remote for all air conditioning in the entire hotel. Took the measure in own hands and reprogrammed the AC for my own room with my wife. Had a great sleep after figuring the AC out. So thanks but no thanks to the staff."
