'Excelente'

'Fue buena experiencia'

'Honestly this property was SUPERB. 9/10 The cleanest hotel Iv stayed in. Everything from the carpeting, bathroom appliances, furniture. SO clean so new feeling it was immaculate! The staff was SOOO nice from the second we arrived. Not even steps from the front door luggage assistance was offered, valet and bellman were fabulous , check in process was easy, bar and restaurant on property was superb. the Only downside why 9/10 instead of 10/10 was that it is directly in the heart of TJ night...

'Safe and comfortable place to stay.'

'Gracias al personal de recepción Kenny y su compañera muy amables, igual la chica del turnó nocturno, definitivamente dan ganas de volver...!!!'

'one of the elevators wasnt working so everyone in the hotel was waiting for the elevator forever. the staff were rude (but so was I... I didnt say "please" and "how are you?"). the in-room desk was topped glass so my laptop mouse didnt work. I had to work in the lobby which has a lot of mini desks and seating so not too much of an issue except for plugs/noise.'

'Every time I go to Tijuana, this is the place I choose to stay at. I feel so comfortable and safe here. The staff is always very helpful and amazing. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else.'
