'Nice, clean hotel with friendly staff. I arrived a bit too early and they were able to provide me with a room hours before my check-in time. I did notice that the elevators were a bit too crowded when there are Conferences going on and since you're not able to easily switch elevators, you might stop on every floor before getting to the lobby (which might be a few of you're high up). Other than that, loved my stay here and would definitely come back again'

'Room was clean, beds comfortable, showers with good pressure and a well stocked bathroom. The location was great; shuttle from the airport, a short walk to Bridgeport Station for the Canada Line and bus connections. Hotel breakfast was good and though not needed there is a Starbucks and Burger King across the street. The standout though was Tammy, she was a great help at check in after a long travel day navigating cancelled flights. I would stay here again. '

'Front desk excellent service, extremely professional and friendly. Hallways needed a little work, the light by our door was full of insects and flickering. The vent into the room reflected this flickering when the room lights were not on. '

'Great hotel in excellent location. Everything looks fairly new and in good working order. Great pool and hottub. Lots of closet space, which is a nice change from the norm. Room did not have a terras, but some do, so it might be worth asking for it (if you care about that). Overal a great experience'
