Geniet van de privacy van een gated community, zonder de poorten. Prime Hook is perfect gelegen achter een Wildlife Refuge. Niet veel mensen weten over onze oase aan de baai. Dicht genoeg bij de opwinding, als u dat wilt. En dan terug te komen en te genieten van een vreugdevuur op het strand.

We absolutely loved this property. We have a family with small children. There was tons of space for everyone and very clean. The toiletries that were supplied, along with board games and cards were a very nice bonus. Highly recommend!

Overall the stay was very pleasant. The beach at the bay was very nice, and super convenient to walk to. If you go to the beach go in the morning when the tide is low, which is much more fun. The inside of the house was very nice and cozy and we had plenty of space for our family of 6. The kitchen is very nice and there were plenty of games and movies for down time. Unfortunately we could not use either of the exterior decks, as the amount of mosquitoes was insane. They would swarm into the house when we opened any doors. The bugs cannot be helped by the Owner, but this was the major drawback. The property is located directly next to a marsh, and when the humidity picked up we could not be outside due to swarms. Other than this, the property is very nice and the Owners were easy to communicate with throughout our stay. The proximity to the bay is ideal, and all of the locals and neighbors were very polite as well. Overall, we would recommend the property as long as you are prepared to deal with the mosquitoes.

Everything was very lovely. Very nice neighborhood. We met a lot of lovely people. The house and location is beautiful. The house is very well stocked with everything that you would need. The host was amazing and really went above and beyond. We had a small emergency while on vacation. She was very responsive, accommodating, and understanding. We could not have asked for a better experience. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

We were here for a youth field hockey tournament. We thought this was a perfect place--plenty of space for kids to spread out, across the street from the beach, and only 15-20 min or so into Milford for restaurants/food. Easy check-in/out, and clear communication from the hosts, who left a great note and instructions for everything you need inside the house. We're thinking about how we might use this place for a stay with another family--the layout is perfect for 2 adult couples 4 kids in their own upstairs space. It was easy for us to walk our dog on the beach, too. And we saw plenty of dogs being walked down the street, even though there aren't that many house. Bonus--we saw a bald eagle on the roof of the house next door.We would definitely stay here again.

Another Perfect Getaway at our favorite Delaware rental. We visit after Christmas every year and are always grateful to stay at such a lovely home in such a georgeous natural location. The host is wonderful and the check in was very easy.

The house is very nice, we liked that it had 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms for the 3 of us! The location is very nice, only improvement would be waterfront or a screened deck looking over marsh. Very quiet, great walks, and easy to get to. 5 STARS!

We used this house for our annual golf trip. The place was great with more than enough space but also was a 30 second walk to the beach when we wanted to stretch our legs. It was less than an hour to Ocean City, MD, but this location was off the beaten path which provided serene marsh views, and a quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend.

We enjoyed a girls weekend, including the pup in a quiet, clean, and friendly place. The accommodations were excellent and beach time was great. All of the neighbors were friendly, and Lily (the pup) made 2 and 4 legged friends. Great place for sunrise and sunset viewing. We all loved it. Thank you so much, would love to come back.

This property was exactly as advertised and very comfortable. It’s a very short walk to lovely, calm beach. At its busiest, we counted a total of 10 other people, looking in both directions. Without fail, everyone we passed, on the beach or walking along the road, waved and said hi. The host was extremely pleasant and helpful. Any/all information was prompt and thorough. The house was clean and very well supplied. Would definitely recommend for a quiet beach getaway.

Perfect home to stay in! Super clean, well stocked, and excellent location for a quiet getaway. Our two dogs really enjoyed the decks and the accommodations exceeded our expectations from past experiences. Everyone was able to have their own room and bathroom which was a huge bonus, and the beach supplies were awesome. The host was very accommodating and answered my questions in a timely fashion. Absolutely would stay here again for a longer time!

This property was in an ideal location, just a short walk to the quiet and picturesque beach and about 15-20 mins to shopping areas. The home was perfect for families with plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms, and space to relax. It was well stocked with items to make our stay comfortable. Check in and check out was easy. We loved this home! One of the nicest Vrbo places we have ever stayed at. Clean, comfortable, organized, well appointed kitchen, nice views, comfortable beds. Check in process was easy. The host was readily available if needed. One of our guests left a watch at the property and the host found it and is arraigning returning it! Wonderful experience. And we would be thrilled to stay here again. Thank you so much!

This was our second time staying here. We absolutely love this place. The house has everything you need. The distance to the beach is wonderful for all ages. The grand kids love the beach and bay. Nice place to stay. Peaceful neighborhood, spacious house. Our group of four adults and three small children had plenty of room to relax. Easy walk to the beach. House is very well stocked. Kitchen has almost all staples you may need, along with many cleaning and laundry supplies. We appreciated the available beach chairs and outdoor shower. Our kids enjoyed the provided beach toys. Location is a bit of a drive to grocery stores, so be sure to plan accordingly. We enjoyed being away from the crowds though, and the scenic refuge views nearby sure beats the city. Two nice decks where you can watch the beautiful sunsets. The beach was good for our young children as the waves on the bay are much smaller. While certainly not a reflection of this house, be aware there are LOTS of horseshoe crabs, many of which are dead and attract painful biting flies. Take fly repellant, which helps but didn't completely spare us. Some days, time on the beach was nearly intolerable due to the persistent attacks. Despite the nice house, this experience would give us pause on returning to this location. We did utilize the provided shovel and landscape rake to clear some of the debris. The designated access area to the beach is also fairly small. It is challenging to contain many people within the specified boundry while avoiding setup in front of other private homes as requested. Kimberly was very responsive to any correspondence and the home was as described. We had a good time in Prime Hook!

The house was a great beach location, with beach access directly across the street. The two levels of the house made it easy to have space to yourself but the common deck and living/dining/kitchen space was perfect to hang out in. The top deck was my favorite spot in the house with a nice water view! I hope to return again!

We love Prime Hook Beach in the winter--it is peaceful, quiet and serene, with water views and gorgeous sunrises and sunsets visible right from your windows or just across the road. This house was beautifully appointed and very welcoming, with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. And we loved that it is pet-friendly as well. Thanks very much.
