'I liked that the check in staff was helpful but had to ri g bell 3x for check out. Did not like that the pool did not open until 11 am. Room was clean. Breakfast waffles were good but healthier choices could be added such as fruit. It was a quiet and clean room'

'Avoid this place at all costs. Sleep in the car if you must. The front desk representative was not helpful. I did not even check into the property. He was asking me to pay again, even though I had a receipt that showed I pre-paid...and he was not asking me to pay "incidentals". 'It is a good comfortable place to stay'

'The room was very clean and smelled great once you were inside! The 2nd floor hallway smelled like smoke and was a little offensive, but once we were in our room it was easy to forget what the hallway smelled like. Still highly recommend for a quick overnight or weekend stay! Very affordable.'

'The property is in a great location, walkable to the boardwalk but away enough for some peace. The premium suite, 1 king bed with sofa bed room was stylish and immaculate. This will be my first choice when visiting Rehoboth Delaware.'

'The hotel was under heavy renovation and it was pretty evident everywhere except for the front entrance area. The carpets in the hallway were extremely dirty and the stairway seemed to be falling apart. If it weren't for the renovations actively happening, I would have just assumed the place was falling apart. Our room appeared to be in much better condition upon first glance, but that changed once we got back to our room for the night. We dropped our bags off and that had to go to another...

'The WiFi did not work at all! Even though they give you a password we could never connect because it said “no internet”. The rooms are not clean at all. There were other peoples hairs on the toilet and around the base of the floor…DISGUSTING. The soap dispensers were not filled; we had to call and they never came: they said to text with any issues and they never returned the texts. The breakfast is nothing to stay for. They need to update the hotel.'

'Way too many issues, remote control couldn't lower the volume, front desk clerk was as helpful as he could be BUT please make sure everything works before putting customer in a room. Light between beds waa broken or bad bulb. Walls very thin neighbor had their tv on ALL NIGHT into the morning. Bed, pillows and towels were the softest. Property could definitely use a gut job & complete remodel.'
