'This house was exactly as pictured, though more impressive in person. All the spaces were well appointed with comfortable beds/couches, clean linens, and the space was overall quite clean. When I reached out about a bath tub that needed additional cleaning, and and an issue w the garbage disposal, I was offered to have someone come by to amend these items that same day if I wished. '5 stars across the board! Jenny was very kind and communicative host. Only 14 minutes from downtown Tampa. The studio was incredibly clean, stocked with kitchen essentials, bathroom with shampoo, and wash. I didn’t need to request anything because it already had everything I needed. Will definitely be returning!'

'One of the beds was broken. There were a few cockroaches (though warm weather in Florida brings insects). There was a broken outlet dangling from the wall that we needed to block off from our son. One of the showers has no place to sit toiletries so we pulled a chair up beside it to set things on (shampoo, soap, etc.) Location was great for our zoo day and for going to walk on the river!'
