'By far the nicest hotel we’ve stayed at. Going to the 26th floor for a view of the city was awesome. The staff where all so nice and wanted to make sure we had a good stay. It was walking distance to everything we wanted to see. We will surely stay at this hotel again!'

'This hotel is way overpriced for a 5* accommodation. Next to that the pool was closed due to renovation, while during booking they mentioned that it would be done and reopened. Most of the staff was not much attentive. Not coming back here.'

'It was an historical property. Food and atmosphere in the restaurants was great. The bed was soft and comfortable. They were very accommodating with storing your luggage after checkout so that you could explore the city and the Freedom Trail. Would definitely stay here again.'

'Bij aankomst in het hotel bleek er geen warm water te zijn. Volgende ochtend nog steeds niet. Na een lange dag reizen wil je bij aankomst in het hotel lekker kunnen douchen, en dat zat er niet in. Hierover geen bericht/excuus of compensatie gehad, terwijl de kamer aardig prijzig was voor de kleine ruimte. Warm water is toch wel een van de minimale eisen in een hotel! Personeel was verder wel vriendelijk. '
