The gym is very big with all the equipments and have personal training rooms too. We stayed 5 nights and were very lucky to get room on 16th floor with a balcony! '

'This hotel is way overpriced for a 5* accommodation. Next to that the pool was closed due to renovation, while during booking they mentioned that it would be done and reopened. Most of the staff was not much attentive. Not coming back here.'

'Excellent stay, exceptional service, very close to Boston commons, Harbor, ChinaTown, Beacon Hill, etc. Rooms are roomy. Beds are comfortable, housekeeping staff very accommodating. The gym was excellent, top notch. Ate breakfast room service and at in house restaurant-great meals. Highly recommend. '

'There are better options in Boston. There was no fridge in the room, there is a coffee machine in the room but only tea available, the coffee place downstairs was always very crowded and has limited breakfast options (good pastries though). Staff was ok but didn’t bother asking how the stay was, and on the last day there were 3 hotel doormen at the front entrance but still a person managed to get in and bother us in the lobby. Positives: good bed, shower, quiet rooms'
