'Enjoyed our stay! Good communication with the property management prior to visit. The property is in a great location with good facilities. Only downside was that there was a small amount of rubbish (used tissues) on the floor in the corner of the back bedroom and there were 2 large bags of rubbish in the back yard from previous occupants.'

'This is a fantastic property in a quiet cul-de-sac 10 minutes drive from Wakefield and about 30 minutes from York or Harrogate. The cottage is very well equipped and has everything you need for a great stay. Clean and modern inside ample parking and great views.'

'needed a well needed rest after a busy year.After a long search of hotels around york we found this beautiful cottage just outside york,and needless to say it was just what we needed.lovely cottaged estate.we booked the 3 bedroomed cottage,fairview i think it was called.beautiful inside and out.no expense spared on the inside,very relaxing.we are already thinking about booking next year.would highly recommend.'

'Mooi appartement. Beneden een ruime slaapkamer en douche/bad. Boven een zeer ruime living met keuken. Alles ziet er netjes uit. Er is goede Wifi, een ruime voorraad (kinder) dvd's en cd's. Tv, dvd speler, radio-cd speler, allles werkt prima. Bij mooi weer kan je buiten zitten, er is een stukje gazon met tuinmeubelen beschikbaar. Sally en Andy zijn zeer vriendelijk, helpen waar nodig. Bij zonnig weer wordt het 's avonds wel erg warm boven, ondanks de open ramen. Er is een kinderopvang direct...

'Quando siamo arrivati al cottage verso le 18.00 non si è presentato nessuno per darchi la chiave. Abbiamo chiesto ad una vicina che ha cercato si aiutarci. Alla fine, verso le 21.15 hanno rintracciato la donna delle pulizie che ci ha prestato la sua chiave. Ore che volevamo trascorrere a York e che abbiamo perso girando da una casa all'altra in cerca di aiuto. Roberta'
