'Great communication and welcome instructions - clear, helpful and constructive. The house is wonderful, clean, warm and full of character (watch your head in some rooms). It is effectively located in the centre which means you don't need a car. 7 of us stayed and the house provided private space for us all. Main bedrooms all ensuite with bedding to match expectation. 'This house was great for our family of 4 adults. Plenty of room to relax and have our own space after a day of exploring York. It was very clean and well equipped. The neighborhood was quiet and the beds were comfortable so we were able to get good sleep during our stay. 'Nice place, great location only problem was the double bed is like sleeping on the floor it’s rock hard and the other bed is two singles pushed together. A week before you go you will get a email asking for a fee for insurance cover which was very annoying '
