The private balcony has a cozy table and chair for you to enjoy a cool drink or dine alfresco while admiring the blue waters of the Marina. In night, the views are more appealing and the breeze of the fresh air from the Balcony in the living area is very refreshing.

The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you will need to cook a delicious meal, such as an electric stove, an oven, a microwave, Fridge, Coffee Machine, Kettle and Toaster.For daily laundry, the unit has a Washing Machine and ironing arrangement.

The bedrooms contains one lush king-sized bed, and one Double bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens, multiple storage spaces for your belongings and a walk-in wardrobe.

The ensuite bathrooms have all the amenities you need to freshen up, including a bathtub in one bedroom and standing Shower in the other, with a toilet and a sink. Fresh towels and complimentary toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience.

We have installed Digital locks on the door to ensure private, secure access to the guest. There is a safe available in each bedroom. The RO is provided in the Kitchen area which dispenses both Hot and cold water.

The unit price is deeply discounted as this is my first month of Hosting and can be compared with the similar units in area which would be almost twice the price. We have kept a dedicated Housekeeping team for attending all needs of our guest. I stay in the same building in the 56th floor and would be available 24/7.
