'This place is a small cottage in the back yard of a suburban home. The cottage is very small with a combined bedroom/kitchen and not much room to sit, but there is a large back yard for when the weather is good. The kitchen is limited, but there is an outdoor barbecue which we made use of. Jerry was easy to communicate with, and the price for the DC area was excellent. It would be difficult to stay here without a car.'

'Stay was great. Location was perfect. Nice neighborhood with plenty of places to eat, very safe and close to the train. Just know that the unit is not stocked with all the normal stuff. Only one towel per person, one washcloth total, no kitchen towel. So bring those things you want and there is a washer/dryer there. Other than that I would not hesitate to stay there again.'

'My husband, daughter, and I came to visit my son who is stationed in Arlington. The listing looked great and we had a very easy time getting things arranged. This was my first time using VRBO and our contact, Jay, walked me through all the steps. The apartment was lovely; very clean and comfortable. We only had 2 small issues. 'The property was wonderful and the host was professional. There was a serious miscommunication with my little brother's friends. Someone said there was going to be a party, and that was not true. Way too many of them showed up at the property and the host was well within her right to cancel. None of them ever went inside, and they all left the property immediately. 'Owner had it listed I booked the stay, a couple days before check in they informed me that it was not available. So i had to scramble and find a new place. Then I was requested to cancel the booking even though it said it was no refunds. I had to send multiple messages to property owner for a refund with no response then had to call VRBO multiple times to finally get a refund. Never stayed at the place I can’t comment on that but the communication with property owner was absolutely horrible.'
