'Overall a well managed property with a customer-focused approach. Great amenities, clean and quiet room, and fantastic mattress. Only downside was a residual smoke smell in our room - I suppose the hotel has no means of screening-out selfish guests who insist on smoking in their room.'

'The room was massive, even bigger than the picture made us think. Great waterpressure in the shower and nice beds. The location is near several highways and it offers easy access to both the city as wel as Peggy's Cove. Nice pool and good breakfast as well. Only downside was that housekeeping on our floor was only at the end of the afternoon (around 4 pm) which can be a bit late when traveling with a young child.'

'The location was perfect, walking distance to the boardwalk. Renovations were great however they may need to check their outlets as the plugs were blocked by the new headboards. I was only able to get a plug into one of the four outlets. Other than that out stay was excellent and staff was very helpful'

We stayed in suite 503 which faces Argyle St. We stayed from Monday to Friday during the summer. The first three nights were fine but Thursday night the party below at "the pint" bar was full on. Louder than loud music on the rooftop patio kept our family of four awake until after 1 am local time. I would stay again but...
