'Friendly, professional staff. Super-clean property and rooms. Easy parking. Great pool, also kept clean and tidy. And we really liked that if you need new/extra towels, or more TP, or additional linens, etc., you just have to check some boxes on a door hanger and leave it on you door by 11:00 AM, and it will be delivered to your room, even if you are gone. 'The hotel is a traditional hotel and in someway a bit outdated. But just because of this, it has its charm. The location in Fort Townsend is awesome and the staff is friendly. The beds are good. We had a bathroom with a old-school bath. I can imagine that this for older people is a bit difficult to use as the shower because of the high step-in.'
