'Rooms very small , beds so uncomfortable that no one slept well , kitchen very outdated in need of repairs and facelift . Carpets filthy, old , smelly , not even vacuumed . Definitely never vacuumed behind and under the beds. Window blinds falling off after just touching them . Wall papers peeling of the walls . Menager was nice and did his part delivering missing pillow cases . If you don’t mind poor conditions you get what you pay for but I’ll never set my foot again on those carpets....

Everyone was going to stay at my house but it was going to be tough with limited bed space so I rented this Vrbo location and it worked out perfectly.. nice CLEAN place near by. Easy check in. When my family got there there was an issue with the Wi-Fi, my brother-in-law law got on the phone with the host LATE at night and we were able to get it running '

'PHENOMENAL!!!! This was our first trip together!! Me and my fiancé stayed here from Monday evening until Wednesday morning. The hosts are very reliable and always available in a timely manner for any questions or concerns we had. very thoughtful setup from the kitchen utensils/dishware, laundry detergent and surprisingly bug sprays and PLENTY of snacks. 'The home was clean and comfortable. The home does have that wood burning fireplace smell and triggered our friends allergies but overall wasnt an issue. It was conveniently located to town and easy to find. It is located on a private lane that was all snow and ice coverd but wirh AWD we did not have an issue. 'The midnight fox was an excellent property and exceeded our expectations. We enjoyed our 3 days stay in the Catskills with the accommodation being a great part of it.
