'Rooms very small , beds so uncomfortable that no one slept well , kitchen very outdated in need of repairs and facelift . Carpets filthy, old , smelly , not even vacuumed . Definitely never vacuumed behind and under the beds. Window blinds falling off after just touching them . Wall papers peeling of the walls . Menager was nice and did his part delivering missing pillow cases . If you don’t mind poor conditions you get what you pay for but I’ll never set my foot again on those carpets....

'For the location it is located it is a great place to stay. The rooms were clean and the beds and sheets were great. There is a restaurant on property so need to go far for something to eat. If I am ever in the area again I would definitely stay again. '

'Jarrett was a very attentive host. Made sure we were taken care of even when we emailed late in the night. The space was wonderful, practically brand new. Wished we had more time to enjoy the space. Highly recommended. '

'Great getaway for our family visiting the area for a Hunter Mountain ski trip. House was perfect for a party of 10. The mountain was about 30 min away which we didn’t mind the drive to start our day. Loved the indoor sauna and massage chairs! And a great kitchen for entertaining and staying in. '

'The home was clean and comfortable. The home does have that wood burning fireplace smell and triggered our friends allergies but overall wasnt an issue. It was conveniently located to town and easy to find. It is located on a private lane that was all snow and ice coverd but wirh AWD we did not have an issue. Overall it was a great place to stay and we woyld 100% retuen. The owners were very responsive when we had an issie with the door lock and they walked us through it easy peasy. Just...

'This was an excellent home that we stayed in total of six adults. We went to the Gray Fox music festival and it was very close by. The property manager was very responsive and communicative. Highly recommend this house.'
