Poor communication with the rental owner and we couldn’t get access to the home upon arrival and no response from rental owner when I reached out for help. 'I booked this and then two weeks before coming had to change my dates by one day. They couldn't accommodate me so i asked if i could postpone my trip to another time as I come often to Durham.
