'Sleeping arrangement and location was perfect for our trip. The host was extremely accommodating and helpful before and during our stay. Since we took the train into town we needed to drop our luggage off early. The host allowed us to do so. The housekeeper was there so we made sure to be quick and place it where it was not in their way. Housekeeping was very friendly and did a great job! We will definitely keep this place in mind when we make our next trip!'

'Small but comfortable. Make sure you bring spices, coffee and any other staples you think you’ll need, if you’re going to make anything to eat.There were 4 coffee pods there, but no ground or instant. Bring your own shampoo and conditioner also.'

The area where this home is located I believe is a poorer area that that is starting to be gentrified into a much more appreciated space. Felt safe and cozy inside the home. Businesses around close a bit sketchy. Absolutely would stay again because you are near a lot of things and the home was exceptional.'

'We had our family of 8 adults for a weekend of fun for a Duke Basketball game. The house was amazing! Kitchen is well stocked, plenty of linens. The host communicated promptly and often about questions we had. The neighborhood was quiet and the beds were so comfy - we slept tight! Coffee bars were awesome and decor was amazing - loved added touches like string lights hung around fence and patio which gave a beautiful ambience for a happy hour wine time. 'We came in for three nights from New York to see our new granddaughter. The property is a sweet three bedroom that is located near absolutely everything. We didn’t spend any time pouring over maps as we were at the heart of everything. It was super nice and so convenient. We loved it.'

'Great cottage feeling, within a 10 min walk to downtown Durham. Very comfy couch, which in addition to the chilly weather during my stay made it a little hard to get out into the cold. But Durham was well worth it, and returning to something cozy was the cherry on top.'

'The unit is very cute and well equipped. It’s conveniently located not far from Duke and Durham’s downtown area. We enjoyed delicious bagels at Isaac’s and had a great meal at Grub Durham - both just a few blocks from the unit. Overall the area is quiet with the only real exception we experienced being one night a neighbor had a loud party until 2:00 a.m.'

'This property was a great location and home base while touring Duke and UNC. The property had everything we needed, lots of space and comfortable beds. As stated, it is located off a busy road which may be difficult for a light sleeper. There are noise machines provided in the bedrooms. Host is very easy to reach and accommodated our needs.'

'The property is gorgeous with a pond stocked with fish. Our boys enjoyed catching and releasing small bass and sunnies. The home is immaculate, beautiful, and stocked with every imaginable thing you would need to make your stay enjoyable and worry-free. The rooms are spacious and allowed our group of 10 to spread out and do whatever we wanted to do. I highly recommend a stay at this property. You'll really enjoy it's many "perks".'
