'This was the most comfortable place we’ve ever stayed. The beds were great, the kitchen was well appointed and labeled, and the living room furniture was amazing. Comfortable seating is so rare. The whole place was so amazing that I hesitated to write this review because there might be a run on the place and we won’t be able to rent it when we need it. Other places could take lessons from this host!!!'

'PROCEED WITH CAUTION! Neighborhood is not safe and the property's renovations need to be completed from a safety and privacy perspective. I did not feel comfortable staying there. So much so upon check-in I decided to leave and found other accommodations elsewhere. Had I known the issues prior, I would never have booked the property. I'm very disappointed that when I asked the host if the area was safe, I was told it was. So I booked. The check-in instructions include a long security paragraph...

'Strong dog smell, dirty shabby condition of interior surfaces. Obvious makeshift repairs, spongy floors, torn, flaking couch. Kitchen counter had multiple burn marks and some sticky substance, corner held down with duct tape. Screen door off tracks, laying against wall. Wife was stung by insect in the unit, had to go to hospital. We moved out after only 3 hours, and literally slept in the car rather than go back. Owner uncaring, rude and greedy.
