'The house was very clean and cute inside. The kitchen was well equipped for our month long stay. The beds were comfortable. We stayed during very hot weather. The house stayed cool without excess use of the air conditioners. The only negative is the parking. The front gravel could possible hold a fourteen foot boat if you are very good at backing up a trailer. Fortunately the neighbor across the street will rent his parking area for a very nominal fee. He also allowed us to potty our dog...

'Our host and her property were extremely welcome. This was our last stop on a multi-state and over 2 weeks drive to see the western United States. If we were coming back to the Lake Havasu area, we would definitely stay in this home. It's convenient to downtown and a great back yard for sunsets. We recommend it highly.'
