'The property is very clean, modern and well kept. The staff was very courteous friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and offered a variety of options. The pool area also offered a spa. It's also very close to a number of dining and shopping options. By the way Wolfchase Mall is very close, a short drive or a nice walk. '

'We realized the first morning we were at the hotel that the shower water was cold. My husband asked at the front desk and immediately we were assisted. The shower needed a new part, so they gave us a suite for the rest of our trip.'

'This property exceeded our expectations and we will definitely stay again. The terrace was very private and super spacious. The room was very clean and had everything, including a basket of snacks. Our bathroom had a separate shower and large air tub. Both were wonderfully relaxing. They even provided toiletries.The staff was very friendly and happy to suggest local restaurants and things to do. I would highly recommend Big Cypress Lodge. It's a bit more expensive than your average hotel, but...
