'I celebrated my birthday at this hotel. It was incredible, special Thanks to the lovely restaurant stuff, who became my professional friends in this short time. Special Thanks to Godlisten, Kambani, Ezekiel for making my birthday incredible. The lovelu reception staf Keniza (i think how to spell it) and Majid. They made my stay amazing. The room was decorated lovely for my birthday. It was always clean. Very nice stuff. The food was good. 10/10'

'One disappointment: there was not at all a 24/7 airport shuttle as mentioned on yr website! NO shuttle towards the airport! Only towards the hotel.'

When a water pipe broke, they promptly provided an alternative, offering a can of water for showering. 'Amazing hotel and staff! My every need was met and there was always a staff member close by who was willing to help. We arrived early and our rooms were not ready, they took our bags from us and allowed us to get ready in the change rooms. We went to our excursion and came back to find our luggage in our rooms! They even offered late check out for us! Ahmed is the best bartender ever! Made the best drinks and always had a smile on his face! Too many amazing staff to call out. I will miss Lux...
