'The good: nice and clean rooms, very nice pools, great steak restaurant with top notch service there. Overall, a nice well maintained resort. The bad: service at the pool was very disappointing with some rude staff at the bar area. It was also hard to get drinks from the staff. They didn't come around enough and we had to track down wait staff to take our drink orders. The entire pool staff needs better training. 'Lovely, peaceful hacienda on the outskirts of San Diego. Beautiful garden all around, great pool, jacuzzi, game room. Nice breakfast in the morning. Staff very friendly. Fan, but no airco. Lovely room and shower. Fridge and coffee maker. Comfy bed. No restaurant or shop nearby. Short drive to nearest facilities. Wi-fi poor.'

Thay advertised free breakfast. 1st time all they had was some fruit loops cereal and a small bear claw. 2nd day same thing walked in this guy says all they have is cereal and no milk. Ask the gentleman at the front desk where the breakfast was he said they we all out this was 7:00 am. Carpet in room was a black color, and it was dirty left your feet black.
