'Amazing property! Our party of 10 ranged in age from 3 to 80. The spacious, clean, comfortable house and ample amenities offered something for everyone, giving us all the freedom to enjoy each other's company. Kitchen was well equipped, and we made good use of the backyard barbecues, pool/waterslide, play equipment, and fire pit. Host was very attentive, answering questions promptly by text. 'The house is exactly what you see in the pictures, the pool oasis is outstanding and the game room— my kids where super excited when we opened the door. There is everything you need for outside games, pickleball, beach toys and inside too, extra towels, sheets and blankets!! It was truly a ‘home’ experience.I would 100 % rent the bird house again! '

'The house is newer & nicely furnished. Being in East County it was a drive to get to anyplace, but has good freeway access and usually not bad traffic. The only downside was it's closeness to a main highway so the traffic noise was noticeable. But overall it was a nice house, comfortable and convenient.'

Our daughter said, “ the Bunk room bathroom shower leaks SO much. The glass does not create a seal and the water leaks through so much, soaking the rug and floor”Some of the doors in the house were squeaky.The pool & hot tub were not very clean & there was some repair needed.'
