Guests also enjoy visiting nearby Woods Hole or taking the ferry to Martha's Vineyard.



There is a refundable security deposit of $500 charged separately before check in for any reservations between 22 days and 6 months, and a deposit of $1,000 charged separately before check in for any reservations over 6 months.

Guest Access:

You will have access to the main house, driveway, and grounds. You will not have access to the guest house or garage.



The Neighborhood:

Falmouth is the second-largest municipality on Cape Cod, next to Barnstable. With its many inlets, bays, harbors, and ponds, it can be a wonderful place of discovery for the naturalist, artist, photographer, runner, and visitor. It’s well known for its beautiful beaches, its villages, and as a home to the Steamship Authority terminal that provides access to Martha’s Vineyard.



The Nobska Point Lighthouse in Woods Hole offers panoramic views of Vineyard Sound, the Elizabeth Islands, and Martha’s Vineyard.



The Town of Falmouth has seven historic districts, including four on the National Register of Historic Places: Falmouth Village Green, North Falmouth Village, Waquoit and West Falmouth Village. The other three historic districts are in Woods Hole, Davisville, and Quissett.



Getting Around:

You'll appreciate having a car to explore the wonders of Cape Cod, but you can walk to nearby Menauhant Beach and enjoy views of Martha's Vineyard! Or if you're interested in visiting Martha's Vineyard, our home is just 10 minutes away from the Falmouth - Edgartown Ferry, which operates May - October.
