The Space:

Welcome to The Davis, a luxurious 7-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom home located in Falmouth. This newly listed property comfortably accommodates up to 22 guests, making it the ideal getaway for large families or groups. The Davis is perfectly situated for both tranquility and accessibility. Located just a short 2-minute drive or ten minute walk from Menauhant East Beach, you can easily enjoy outdoor adventures while returning to the comfort of this luxurious home. Guests also enjoy visiting nearby Woods Hole or taking the ferry to Martha's Vineyard.



For long term stays, we charge a fully refundable security deposit. For stays between 22 days and 6 months, the refundable security deposit is $500 and for stays over 6 months, we charge $,1000. These refundable deposits are charged separately and are only meant to protect our home.

Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the main house, driveway, and grounds. The guest house and garage are locked private storage areas and are not part of the rental.



The Neighborhood:

Falmouth is the second-largest municipality on Cape Cod, next to Barnstable. With its many inlets, bays, harbors, and ponds, it can be a wonderful place of discovery for the naturalist, artist, photographer, runner, and visitor. It’s well known for its beautiful beaches, its villages, and as a home to the Steamship Authority terminal that provides access to Martha’s Vineyard.



The Nobska Point Lighthouse in Woods Hole offers panoramic views of Vineyard Sound, the Elizabeth Islands, and Martha’s Vineyard.



The Town of Falmouth has seven historic districts, including four on the National Register of Historic Places: Falmouth Village Green, North Falmouth Village, Waquoit and West Falmouth Village. The other three historic districts are in Woods Hole, Davisville, and Quissett.



Getting Around:

You'll appreciate having a car to explore the wonders of Cape Cod, but you can walk to nearby Menauhant Beach and enjoy views of Martha's Vineyard! Or if you're interested in visiting Martha's Vineyard, our home is just 10 minutes away from the Falmouth - Edgartown Ferry, which operates May - October.

- Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit is required for longer stays and is charged separately before check-in. The deposit is $500 for reservations between 22 days and 6 months, and $1,000 for reservations over 6 months.
