Great resting spot
Very clean and updated property! Conveniently located near the water. Comfortable place for us to rest and give my daughter/husband their space. Recommend this place and look forward to hopefully staying again. My only suggestion is to add dimmable lighting. We felt on stage in the living/kitchen area, bedroom. It would be nice to turn down bathroom light during the night.

The cleaners/management company locally did an awful job before we got there. Owners need to replace some broken furniture and household items as well as the torn shower curtain and torn sofa bed!

Great Find!
We loved our stay here! Clean, beautiful surroundings and close to beach! Water views of the Bay are amazing! Kitchen has everything! Bed was very comfortable for us! Very close to shopping and great restaurants. I rented a bike and rode everywhere!

Perfect Fall Getaway
Bella Luna was even better than anticipated. The view outside overlooking Great Pond was was beautiful and the walkable trail was unexpected and delightful. We walked multiple times per day. The home was cozy and clean and in a great location of Falmouth.

Well appointed, clean, quiet, and lovely cottage!!
Right next to the pond and walking trail. Boat launch nearby. We were able to cook without buying basic condiments. Beds were very comfortable. It’s near everything we wanted to visit including downtown Falmouth, Woods Hole, and the ferry to Martha’s Vineyard. Definitely would return here on our next Cape Cod visit.

Overall stay was very good. Thei location is good, overlooking the water of Great Bay. Place is nice with the exception of the beds, definitely not comfortable.

Wedding weekend
Location and cleanliness were great! Furniture is dated, stools too rickety, so not able to sit and eat at kitchen counter. Also, bed and day bed very uncomfortable. Should notify ahead that guests are asked to remove shoes, so they can pack slippers.

Family vacation 2021
The house was very clean and location was very convenient to the beaches and many restaurants. We walked the trail along the shoreline every morning and we had many great conversations with many wonderful residents. The only thing that was disappointing was the master bed was very uncomfortable and also the pull out bed in the couch was awful. We had to sleep on an air mattress to avoid sleeping on the pullout.

Spotless Falmouth house close to water
This was a great place to stay. Negatives were only that we were unable to check in on time because cleaning crew was still there when we arrived, and Vacasa was stingy with trash bags. Local manager was good and responsive. Location was a bit far from town to walk but easily bikeable. Lovely path to walk about 1 mile to beach along water, with boats and birds to watch on the way.

This includes cleaning supplies, toiletries, and paper products. Once these supplies run out it is the responsibility of our guests to provide any additional supplies throughout the remainder of their stay. Supplies are restocked before each guest. Beautiful home
House was beautiful. Gorgeous kitchen. Only suggestion is that the Living room furniture was “tired”. Very pretty but have seen their days. Maybe a real bed in second room (Trundle bed not great for adults (someone gets the floor). Bar stools instead of counter stools was uncomfortable. Other than those suggestions, a lovely place. Left a day early.

The location and functionality of the property was great. This was my first time having Vacasa as the property manager and the experience felt cold; not as welcoming as when hosts handle questions, etc. Also, one of the bathrooms wasn't clean. Otherwise, the house and our vacation experience was excellent.

No response from Management. Cleanliness poor at best
There were 4 adults checking in. At check in we found the trundle bed in one bedroom was missing 2 rollers so we were unable to use that bed. Had to use and sleep on an air mattress for 4 nights. When pulling out the bed on the couch, it wasn't made up and had stains all over the pull out. The house also has a bad ant problem - Kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms. Everything we purchased to have in the house, food and drink all had to be refrigerated. This was all brought to the attention of the Property Manager - Daniel Becker. Voice messages, texts with no response. The house is quaint and nicely located. I would hope that the owners of this house take a good look at the Management and Cleaning of their house. Thank you.

Rough Start, but turned out great!
Very nice, and comfortable in a quiet neighborhood. Other than the house not being cleaned upon arrival (which was quickly rectified after notifying property management), it was a nice getaway.

Nice house but furnishings are cheap
The home is beautifully built. The location is unbeatable. Unfortunately all the furniture is cheap and old, so all the seating and beds are quite uncomfortable. I asked for a late checkout, but never received a response.

Great location & new/updated
Excellent location (i.e. close to beach, restaurants, shopping , ferry, beautiful views of the Great Pond) and completely updated. As was mentioned by another guest(s), high end kitchen but no proper pots & pans + and the Daybed in the second room was broken, could use new twin mattresses. Also, an additional trash can outside would help. When we arrived, there were a bunch of leaking garbage bags full of beer bottles++ from the previous guest until Wednesday pick up. The new washer and dryer were very helpful to wash beach, bath towels. Overall, it was very nice and we look forward to staying again. Thanks!

I loved this location and size ! My only complaint was the property manager never responded to my messages and the master bedroom had a very uncomfortable bed. I ended up using the air mattress that was in the home which was convenient

Great location!
We were here on vacation with our 4 kids. Plenty of space for all of them. In addition to the day bed and pull out trundle in the second bedroom there was also an air mattress that fit in the room. The location was awesome! Great view of Great Pond and if you walk about 5 mins down the walking path there is a set of wooden steps down to an area that is great for kids! They were able to catch hermit crabs, dig to find regular crabs and even steamers and quahogs. We spent a lot of time there. The house had everything we needed. No regular size grill but there was a portable grill in the basement. The only downfall was that the Master bed was uncomfortable. Other than that everything was perfect. We hope to be able to rent it again!
