'We stayed here as we traveled for a family vacation and enjoyed the cabin in the mountains! We used this location as a hub to drive to Winslow, Williams, and the Grand Canyon! House was clean and enjoyed the hot tub on the deck!'

'Wonderful place. Felt like we were staying in a museum! Convenient location for our short stay in Flagstaff. Close to national monuments and forest trails. We loved the floors, space, and cabin ambience in town.'

'Good neighborhood, easy access to restaurants/stores. It was a good distance to Grand Canyon and Sedona. It was tiny! But it definitely gets the job done and had everything we needed. Only issue we had was the cleanliness of it. There was lots of dust everywhere which triggered my dust allergy.'

'Easy & quick communication when I had a question, the house was clean and looked as pictured. The beds and pillows were super comfortable and the hi-speed internet was perfect for hubby to do some work while we 'vacationed'. It was a beautiful, quiet neighborhood, too. We appreciated the coffee and iron/board and I even did a jigsaw puzzle. it was my first experience booking through Vrbo and it all turned out great. Thanks!'

'We tried for early check in but it was unavailable. Once checked in the unit was clean except the upstairs was musty smelling. The air conditioning systems was multiple split units which worked but we had to turn on an overall unit fan for them to work properly. The hot tub had a lose headrest. The restaurant closes early and for a very few tables had extremely slow service. Took 40 minutes to get our drinks. Overall I wouldn’t go back the stay for the price doesn’t align. '

'Nice little cozy cabin with lots of amenities. It was only 2 of us but it slept 6 for being small. It had all the kitchen utensils, dished, pots, and pans. There was a little hangout area/deck on top. Hate that we were so busy running around the state parks, that we didnt get time to enjoy it as much aa we could have. '

'We stayed at this lovely home in Flagstaff and made it our home base for trips to the Grand Canyon, Verde Valley and Sedona. The house was clean and had plenty of room for the three of us to stretch out and have our own space. Our host Mason, was very communicative with us and sent reminders about taking out trash and check out instructions.'

'One of the best VRBO stays I have had. Extremely roomy, clean, and comforting. Great neighborhood vibe. I actually intended to stay in Flagstaff but last minute planning led me to this gem. I am very happy that this happened because there is no reason you need to stay in Flagstaff as you likely won't find this experience there, and if you intend to go to Sedona like we did, your are only 45 minutes away. The host communicates great, and truly wishes you enjoy the place. Highly recommend. 5 star...

'I had called Red Awning and left an extensive complaint. The wand to open and close the blinds was missing. My husband had to use his hands to do that. There were no tissues anywhere in the cabin. There were no directions anywhere for the ceiling fan. We finally figured out there was a remote left on one of the night tables for it. Also, there were no directions on how to use the two remotes for the television. We did figure it out. There were no instructions on how to use the fireplace. The...

'The cottage was very nice. Showers are very touchy. Also the upstairs bathroom has very slippery floor, need a mat that has a rubber backing. Being a senior, I almost fell due to the floor. 'We really enjoyed our stay. The home was very cozy and clean and I appreciated all the decor and nice touches that made the house feel like a home away from home. Very thoughtful setup! One thing was that It’s difficult to tell how close the home is to heart of Sedona, drove 40 minutes to Basha’s and restaurants but we weren’t in any hurry to get anywhere in particular so it was fine. Also, there were not enough linens, specifically face towels for everyone.'
