'Very nice hotel on a very convenient location. Just outside the buzz of Southend pier and city center but in walking distance. Great views over the Thames estuary. The rooms are very well appointed. Great design. But unfortunately not all design is practical. The bathroom is really too small. Room 204 very large, but a tiny bed and an unworkable bathroom. This doesnt add up to comfort. I hope they have rooms with a normal size bathroom. '

'i stayed here with my cousin to see the poppies on the pier and the fireworks.The room was really good clean and quiet being away from the noisy part of Southend but still on seafront and just 20mins walk was good for us.The staff were amazing so friendly and helpful we spent the eve in the bar and we will def stay there again.A really lovely great little hotel.'
