'Great modern boutique hotel with beautiful design and features. Clean, smells brand new still and centrally located. Front desk staff was very friendly and staffed 24 hours. Bed was comfortable, blackout blinds effective, kitchen as described, and towels large and clean. My only complaint is that the so-called fitness centre is not really that at all. It is a tiny room with a treadmill and a couple light dumbbells. They would be better off affiliating themselves with a local gym and give us...

'Leuke spa faciliteiten, het ontbijt was goed, de bedden waren prima. De slaapbank sliep niet echt lekker, erg hard matras. Prima airco, fijne elektrische gordijnen en een lekkere vloerverwarming in de douche. Het inchecken duurde wel erg lang daar de betaling van expedia nog niet binnen bleek te zijn.... daar hadden we weinig puf voor na een lange vertraging en een drukke metro rit. Het ontbijt was eenvoudig maar prima. De 50 pond per nacht borg had ik GRAAG vooraf geweten!'

'The pictures of the kitchen and livingroom was not from the apartement we got. The pictures shown were a very big reason why we choose that accommodation. The apartemnt we got wasn't worth that much money. There where no coffeemaker as promised and the legs on the kitchen table where loose it almost fell apart. The location was perfect, cloose to London bridge station and the Metro and shops to buy food.'
