'Could not find a fault, from the welcoming of the reception staff and the efficiency of all staff members. A special thanks to the lovely lady on reception who bought me some slippers when I'd forgotten to pack a pair of shoes (laugh) to the lovely breakfast waitress - all found time to smile and have a conversation. 'Friendly staff, lovely breakfast and great location'

'Good and modern hotel. In the heart of the city center so you can walk anywhere from the hotel. We arrived with our car which they parked for us. It's not cheap (GBP 19.50) per day. If you want to spare some money you could park outside of Cambridge and use the park n ride. The restaurant on the 6th floor offers a great view on the city.'

'I cannot say enough good things about this visit. We were exhausted from our trip and they just were amazing and made us feel great. This place was so rejuvenating and I didn’t even get a chance to try their spa. Their attention to every little detail was awesome. I strongly urge anyone going to Ipswich to stay at this hotel. I wish I could have spent my entire trip there. It is modern in regard to the bathrooms, which I love!, they have air conditioning, everything is spotless,...
