'Unfortunately, this hotel does not live up to the Hilton name. Upon arrival, we had to change our family room twice — the first room had a toilet that hadn’t been cleaned, and the second had an unpleasant smell. Thankfully, the third room was fine, and the front desk handled the switch efficiently. The pool was not well maintained and appeared dirty. Breakfast on our first morning was very chaotic — the staff couldn’t keep up, resulting in a lack of utensils, bowls, and many dirty tables....

'Room was fine. Definitely needs an updated remodel. Things are pretty beat up and dated. Clean, yes. Smell to the toilet closet that was interesting. Smelled like a sewer had backed up. Love that there is a Starbucks in the lobby. Staff was fine. Nothing to write home about. It was a fine stay. Very average. '
