'Unfortunately, this hotel does not live up to the Hilton name. Upon arrival, we had to change our family room twice — the first room had a toilet that hadn’t been cleaned, and the second had an unpleasant smell. Thankfully, the third room was fine, and the front desk handled the switch efficiently. The pool was not well maintained and appeared dirty. Breakfast on our first morning was very chaotic — the staff couldn’t keep up, resulting in a lack of utensils, bowls, and many dirty tables....

'This place is outdated but very clean and kept up with. Considering being right on the strip and all the activity around here I feel safe especially with the help of the front desk and security at all times throughout the day but especially the graveyard shift. They are great helping me extend my stay & assuring me to feel safe.'
