'While the property met my needs, I was in town for a funeral so I was barely there. However, upon returning home, I learned that a claim was filed for stolen towels and soiled duvet. I am livid that a “fraudulent” claim was made for items that were “definitely” not taken and a duvet that could not have possibly been soiled because it was not placed on the bed at all during my stay.
