'Avoid this Hyatt during holiday weekends. The hotel management was a complete disaster and this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. The official check-in time is 4:00 PM. We arrived at 4:10 PM, but it took nearly two hours before we got our room keys. Traffic in front of the hotel was completely backed up. Our car sat in line for about an hour just to reach valet parking. The valet operation was clearly understaffed and unable to handle the number of arriving guests. After finally...

'Parking tariff are a rip off. Everytime you leave the parking they charge 20 usd plus tax overnight is 34 usd. Parking is more expensive then staying there. Whoever thought of this policy should be fired.'

'Everything was excellent from check in to check out. The room was beautiful and beds comfortable. It was a short overnight stay but very refreshing!!! Would highly recommend this hotel and will be returning myself. The location and surrounding stores and restaurants are also excellent!! May God continue to Bless the Hotel, it's Staff and Guest!! '
