'This was a wonderful stay with great views of the bay. The house had plenty of room for the 5 of us. Great kitchen for cooking dinner, with nice table with room for all of us. The living room had nice large TV screen, but also great views overlooking the bay and Dunedin. Spent two nights, but could have easily spent more.'

'What a find! Great location for exploring downtown Dunedin on foot. The building was an attraction itself. Lovely aspect above town with great views from the terrace outside our room. The breakfast was delicious. Fantastic staff. The only downside was the size of our room (Room 10) which was very small (but cosy), and therefore it was hard to manage our luggage in so little space. However, there are bigger rooms available, at extra cost. Would highly recommend!'

The end is big en really comfortable. Internet is fast and good. Room is big and there is even a kitchenette and laundry facilities. We really enjoyed our stay, would definetely stay again. '
