'The apartment is in a perfect location. Very easy to walk to many parts of the city. The parking was a nice bonus as it is in a private garage. 'Great location. Gym on 6th and 7 floors excellent. Pool in basement very nice. Historic building but very modern unit. Parking was not easy for F150 as underground garage is dicey getting in/out in large car.Simple improvements would be to put blackout curtains at least in the bedroom as it is very bright early and to re-do show caulk.'
