'This is an old, tired hotel in need of renovation. Also the late shift staff is anything but helpful. For one, this hotel has no lift which is a pain if you arrive with heavy luggage, and the evening staff decides to give you a second floor room, and subsequently doesn't offer to help you carry the heavy luggage upstairs. Then, for a multiple night stay, the staff only activated my keys for one night and then blamed 'some technical failure'. They don't take responsibility, they offer no...

'Wonderful place to stay- ample off street parking, quiet, with wonderful outdoor areas to drink your morning coffee or stargaze. Sam (host) was wonderful and accommodating and makes amazing English muffins. I would highly recommend the Burgandy to anyone coming to the area.'
