Perfectly decorated and with lots of natural light, the living room has comfortable seating in neutral colours, a dining area and a Smart TV with Netflix, HBO, Prime TV, included.

There is a fully fitted kitchen with all the appliances, hi quality cookware and everything you could need should you wish to dine at home.

The bedroom is extremely comfortable with a king size bed, furnished to a very high standard with quality linens and towels and nice touches that give off a light and airy feel.

Additionally there is a luxury bath, shower, room and WC. You can wake up refreshed and calm after a good night’s sleep in this tranquil space.

There is a large hall area with lots of storage and utility cupboard including: Washer/dryer, iron and ironing board and rail for hanging coats and wet clothes.

Guest Access:
Guests have sole access to the mews and shared access to the private garden.

Close by the semi-pedestrianised main streets have lots of restaurants, whilst the Beach, Pier, Towner Art Gallery, Theatre, & annual Airshow & Tennis tournament give plenty to do year-round. For nature lovers the beautiful South Downs are on your doorstep.

Getting Around:
Walking is an excellent option for exploring the town centre and its beautiful Victorian seafront, where many attractions are within easy reach. Cycling is popular to with designated bike lanes and rental services available. Eastbourne is well covered by local bus operator Stagecoach South East and you can purchase tickets directly from the bus driver or through their mobile app. Taxis are also readily available and there is a rank at the station. For longer trips, Eastbourne's train station provides connections to major cities like Brighton, London, and Hastings.
