'There was no microwave in the room, and they could not accommodate the guests by putting one in the reception area. They kept giving excuses while other hotels in the area like holiday inn have microwave in their rooms. They refused to clean the room while staying for 5 days. Never stay here again.'

'The whole hotel smelt of cannabis and smoke. the bedroom was even worse, so bad that I had to leave at 1am as I was struggling to breathe in it. If your asthmatic or dont like the very strong smell of smoke I would avoid at all costs. The bedding stank of smoke and couldnt sleep on the pillows as was so bad'

'They provided reasonable service, gave out water bottles when you couldn't drink from the tap, and fixed the electricity when it went out. But the room was drab. Right out my windows was someone's front door and their security lights went off and on all through the night. Toilet wouldn't flush properly, shower was almost impossible to use. Door to my room was stuck, hard to open and close. You could easily hear people in other rooms. No airconditioning. Also would've appreciated regular hand...

'It was even worse I'dd expected. The room was dirty, the shower and toilets are very old and dirty and not in the room. You have to share the shower facility with others. After short use of the shower, there was not hot water left for the next person to shower. It was horrible. Instead of a 3 night stay, we booked another hotel for the last night. We asked for refund but didn't get it. We payed way to much money for this hotel.'
