'The woman at the front desk when we checked in was very rude to a person on the phone. She checked herself when talking to us. All the other staff were extremely nice and helpful. I kept stepping on something on our room carpet. It was dark and I could not see what it was. It could have been vacuumed better. The bed was comfortable. '

'I have a dog, enjoy walking him on the property. It's neat, mowed, landscape, good location. The only issue we had was from other guests, working shift work due to a shut down. People were watching TV and laughing at 3:00 a.m. we got little sleep. But what can I do or the Hotel. That was our only issue, that is on the individuals for bring thoughtless, not that of the hotel. Staff was great, friendly, accommodating. '

'Hotel ligt erg gunstig om Memphis te bezoeken (parkeerkosten Memphis zijn laag). Enige wat verbetering behoeft is de housekeeping aangezien we twee keer om het wisselen van handdoeken hebben gevraagd in plaats van dat ze dagelijks kijken of er iets nodig is. '
