'I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a pleasant experience. The check-in process was smooth, and the front desk staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it easy to relax after a long drive. One of the highlights was the convenient location, which made getting around very easy. 'Staff was not very helpful. They just pushed you on to the next person who “might” be coming in later but then they didn’t. Most of the time there wasn’t even anyone at the desk. Phone was not connected in room and was told they were being worked on but then realized it was simply unplugged. And the pool water did not look clean, which was something that I really wanted to do. The hot tub was empty. TV was dark and I asked for help and a guy that came in just acted like there was nothing...

'This was a great stay. I was skeptical because of the neighborhood. However, once you walked in, I’d felt comfy and welcoming. The staff was great and the amenities were great. The property was clean. The only complaint was the outside was not the cleanest but I feel like that’s not their complete fault. Some people left garbage and other items around. Not cool. It gave the hotel a bad look from the outside. I would not drop the rating due to that minor detail. Overall, great and happy...
