The staff overall were friendly and helpful, and I really enjoyed my stay. The biggest disappointment was check-in. After traveling for nearly 20 hours, I had made a substantial request in advance for an early check-in, but unfortunately still had to wait about 3½ hours...

'The staff were helpful and friendly. The room was average as its location was not the best. The breakfast area was dirty and more staff are needed to clean tables and provide utensils plates etc. Meals were below average but the service was great. Caters for families but not for adults without children on extended stays.'

'Hadden kamer met toegang tot het zwembad. D.w.z. Patijn met poortje en dan kon je meteen in het het water. Helaas te koud dus geen gebruik van gemaakt. Dame receptie bood direct aan bij inchecken om het bed van de pubers te splitsen zodat broer en zus een eigen bed hadden. Er was niet veel te doen waardoor dame receptie tegelijkertijd de bestelling van het ontbijt moest doen. Met auto naar dorpje en lookoutpoint is prima. '
