'Tropisch eiland met alle luxe die je verwacht. Boek wel de suite met zeezicht, is het geld zeker waard. Personeel is allemaal oprecht blij je te helpen. Wandeltocht is zwaar maar de moeite waard. Duiken en snorkelen is fantastisch. Sla wel wat eten en drinken in voor je naar het eiland gaat, winkeltje heeft echt alleen de basisbehoeften. Voor ons een life changing expereince!'

'Extremely relaxing for the most part. What wasn’t relaxing is the inattention of staff. I waited for a member of staff to order a pre-dinner drink, after 15 minutes I went to the bar /restaurant payment area. No staff. The bartender said he could do it for me. I gave him my order and returned to my seat some distance away. Having had my pre-dinner drink it was time to order dinner and a second drink. I waited 25 minutes with an empty glass. The 3 staff members were hovering around the payment...

'The property is in an awesome location with a great relaxing vibe. The only downside was that the room we had was quite dated. Bed wasn’t so comfortable and the tvs were old, the one in the bedroom didn’t work at all. Plenty to do without needing a tv but it would have been nice to unwind at times in the room.'

'Hadden kamer met toegang tot het zwembad. D.w.z. Patijn met poortje en dan kon je meteen in het het water. Helaas te koud dus geen gebruik van gemaakt. Dame receptie bood direct aan bij inchecken om het bed van de pubers te splitsen zodat broer en zus een eigen bed hadden. Er was niet veel te doen waardoor dame receptie tegelijkertijd de bestelling van het ontbijt moest doen. Met auto naar dorpje en lookoutpoint is prima. '

'Really enjoyed our stay here. Highlights were the amazing pool, the food in the restaurant (particularly the Indonesian night), the big rooms (although dated), beautiful trees and the rainforest walk through. I recommend 'Port Douglas premium transfers' to and from the airport - awesome driver. SR coaches cancelled on us. Port Douglas is incredible, the beach is so beautiful. Also a great cafe called St. Crispins a short walk from the resort with awesome food and coffee. We would come back and...

'No Internet, No WiFi, No Food, No staff, No street light in the resort I went there for my college submission and had to change the accommodation just after one day'

'Elegant room. Jetted spa bath leaked but didn’t impact our stay. Bed mattress was a bit soft for my liking but I’m sure others like it, just wasn’t very supportive. TV offered stream play from photo to tv, however was extremely laggy and unwatchable when we tried. Staff were lovely and grounds were picturesque.'
