'The stay was great'

'Onvriendelijk ontvangst, geen info gekregen. Vochtige kamer, condens en schimmel op de lamp. Diervriendelijk hotel was te zien, er lag hondenhaar op de bovenste bedsprei bij beide bedden. We zijn met 3 en we kregen maar 2 handdoekenpaketten. Ontbijt: heel pover, alleen zelf te bakken wafels.'

'This was a nice hotel. The room didn’t have a fridge or freezer. I was disappointed with this because I had some food to keep cool. It was close to train tracks so you can hear the train throughout the night. Bring ear plugs!'

'The health department should pay them a visit. Not sure how Florence provides them with a buisness license every year. Disgusting place.'

'While the staff was friendly, that was the only thing good about the motel. Yes I do understand the phase “you get what you paid for” but even here that phase doesn’t work. I paid for a non smoking room yet first thing that hit us was the weed smell when we opened the door, then the little grinded up peices of weed on the floor. The tube bottome was block from the lack of cleaning. The bed had cigarette burns and the pillows smelled musty. Definitely not worth the 100 for the 1 night. Again...

'The bedroom door didn't close as it should. The smell was not good, despite showing the room as if there was breakfast they didn't have.'

'Room smelled pleasant like it was clean but not overpowered by chemicals. The facility was nice and clean. Only had one interaction with a staff member at check in and that was pleasant and quick. Would definitely return to this hotel and recommend it to others. '

'For an older property, its was perfect. The room was clean, fresh, and very presentable. Had all the linens. The manager Michael takes pride in keeping this place in top shape. I felt welcomed, safe, there was no rif raf, or shady stuff going on. He lives on site, which helps. No complaints, and I will diffently stay there again. I wish I had found this location before when i stayed in Florence. I would recommend for sure.'

'Positive: spacious room, quiet and the staff is very friendly. Negative: the toilet does not flush properly, little water pressure on the shower head, towels were missing. Not everything in the breakfast room was replenished quickly. Took a long time for the bread to be replenished. Cards did not work when we arrived at our room and had to be reactivated.'

'This was one of the best lodging experiences I've ever had hands down! The biggest plus and amazement is something that doesn't usually happen. I checked out in a hurry to get back on the road. Even after checking the room over before leaving, I neglected to check under the bed covers. I left my Kindle under the covers. At my next destination I called the hotel and told them what stupid mistake I made. Instead of a staff member claiming my Kindle, it was returned to the front desk. The...

'No door lock, toddlers feet were black bc the room was dirty, AC unit didn’t work, manger tried to take my key card after concerns and give my room away with the items still in the room. Phone in room didn’t work, the fumes of paint were nauseating '

'The property was not clean, Towels, sheets and beds were good. But the floors were very dirty, bathtub was dirty, no hairdryer, only shampoo was available but was in a dirty bottle with soap all down the side of it. Bathtub had hair in it and hair on the bathroom floor. The outside of building was nice, but that was it. None of the hall carpets looked like they had been vacuumed. The worst place we’ve stayed at so far. '
