'This small cottage was the meeting point for our adventures hiking and simple beach days around Chatham. The location is equidistant from restaurants, stores and the beaches. The cottage is well appointed indeed with nicely equipped and attractive compact kitchen, comfortable living/dining areas. The terrace is lovely and private with a fun outside shower. The second bedroom was confining, but both mattresses high quality.It would be helpful if there is a guidebook to working the TV and the...

'Great place, great location! Easy, 10 minute walk to downtown Falmouth. The bike path connects right to the back yard which was super convenient for me because I used it every day.'

'This cottage was immaculate and very close to downtown. It’s easy to walk to restaurants and shops or hop on the bus to get around the island. My only criticism is there wasn’t a ton of space for all the stuff we overpacked:)'

'Perfect getaway'

'We’ve been to the Cape many times, for many years, but this place is very special. The location cannot be beat and having the private beach for a backyard is amazing! The house is very small but had all we needed, was perfect for me and my two kids. The beds were comfortable and the off street parking in the driveway was very nice. If you know Yarmouth, this location is very easy to get to anything you’d want to go to. Thanks for the wonderful weekend!'

'Perfect for our family of 5! We had our 3 girls share the king bed and we had the down stairs bedroom. The beds were very comfortable. Great location. Could ride bikes into town and several beaches. We could use the Wave Shuttle to get places a little farther away. Would stay there again. '

'Great location walking distance to town and bike paths. Well appointed unit with nice sheets, beach chairs, private patio. Room to lock up bikes outside. Property manager is excellent at communication if needed. Good for a small family - note that second full bath is on first floor (bedrooms on second). '

'Unfortunately too short of a stay.. beautiful one bedroom unit. Easy walk to town, bike to the beaches. Well stocked kitchen , did not use much but felt could cook easily. Outdoor Grill and table to sit outside.. highly recommend!! '

'I was on a Father / Daughter trip celebrating my daughters 50th Birthday. We began our trip in Chatham Cape Cod, then Martha's Vineyard and finished in Nantucket, which was our favorite location. Loved the cute cottage atmosphere and only wish we were a bit closer to town, but the mid island bus made it so easy to get back and forth. I will definitely recommend your cottage to my friends'
